Key Responsibilities

Deal with enquiries from a portfolio of clients and maintain high standards of relationship management
Preparation of quarterly, monthly, and annual accounts and financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
Prepare cash and security reconciliations with precision and timeliness
Review of accounts and financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Attend all required returns or statutory filings with the MRA and other statutory bodies
Coordinate with other departments to conduct file reviews and ensure end-to-end compliance
Liaise with external auditors for the annual auditing of accounts
NAV reporting for funds (closed-ended and open-ended) at varied frequency intervals
Prepare reporting templates and manage investor onboarding works and data, ensuring full AML/KYC compliance
Manage bank accounts and liaise with the bank for transactions on behalf of clients and for the company
Transaction monitoring and review in conjunction with the Compliance team
