Aurevya's private jet and concierge offering is available exclusively to Private Client members, providing a seamless extension of the firm's wealth management relationship into the domain of personal and lifestyle management. At the heart of the service is a single, dedicated concierge manager who knows the client, understands their preferences, and takes personal responsibility for every request.

Private aviation is the flagship offering. Through our global aviation network, clients have access to more than 5,000 aircraft worldwide, from turboprops for short regional hops to ultra-long-range jets for non-stop intercontinental travel. Every flight is arranged with the client's specific requirements in mind: preferred crew, catering, ground transport connections, and FBO arrangements are co-ordinated as a single seamless experience.

Beyond aviation, Aurevya's concierge team manages the full spectrum of luxury lifestyle requirements. From securing reservations at the world's most sought-after restaurants and hotel suites, to organising bespoke travel itineraries, private events, and medical appointments, the concierge team operates as an extension of the client's personal office, available around the clock and across time zones.

The service is deliberately exclusive. Aurevya limits the number of concierge members to ensure that every client receives the undivided attention and quality of service that the proposition demands. Membership is available by invitation or application, and is subject to the client's existing relationship with Aurevya's Private Client advisory team.

Relationship Established

Concierge membership is available exclusively to Aurevya Private Client members. Once a client's wealth management relationship is established, eligibility for concierge membership is assessed and, where appropriate, an invitation to join is extended.

Preferences Profile Created

An in-depth preferences profile is compiled, covering the client's aviation requirements (preferred aircraft types, cabin configurations, catering preferences), travel patterns, lifestyle interests, dietary requirements, family composition, and any special considerations the concierge team needs to be aware of.

Dedicated Concierge Manager Assigned

A dedicated concierge manager is assigned to the client, a single, named point of contact who manages all requests personally and develops a genuine understanding of the client's preferences, standards, and expectations over time.

On-Demand Service Activation

With the profile in place and the concierge manager assigned, the client activates services on demand, through a direct line, encrypted messaging, or Aurevya's client portal. Aviation bookings can be made as little as four hours before departure for most routes, subject to aircraft availability.

The concierge team operates around the clock, every day of the year. Changes to travel plans, emergency requests, and last-minute additions are handled with the same quality and care as pre-planned arrangements, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.

Membership Requirements

  • Concierge membership is available exclusively to Aurevya Private Client members
  • Membership is subject to an annual membership fee, details provided upon application
  • Aviation charter costs are charged at market rates plus Aurevya's service fee
  • All other concierge services are charged at cost plus a service co-ordination fee
  • Emergency and out-of-hours services are available to all members without surcharge
  • Membership numbers are deliberately limited to preserve service quality

For most routes, aircraft can be sourced and confirmed within four hours, meaning truly last-minute travel is possible for urgent requirements. For popular routes, peak dates (such as school holidays, major sporting events, or international conference periods), and ultra-long-range requirements, earlier notice of 24–72 hours is recommended to ensure the preferred aircraft type and optimal routing. Our concierge team will always be transparent about what is available and advise accordingly, never leaving a client stranded.
Our aviation network covers virtually every destination accessible by private aircraft, including many locations not served by commercial aviation at all. From Mauritius, non-stop ultra-long-range jets can reach destinations across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia without a stop. For more remote destinations, private islands, mountain strips, or landing fields that require special permits, our aviation team manages the overflight and landing permit process as part of the service. If an aircraft can legally land there, we can get you there.
Aurevya's aviation offering is exclusively whole-aircraft charter, we do not arrange individual seat bookings on shared charter flights. The whole-aircraft model is fundamental to the privacy, flexibility, and service quality that distinguishes private aviation from commercial alternatives. Clients choose their departure time, route, and inflight experience entirely on their own terms, with no other passengers, no scheduled departure constraints, and no compromise on privacy or comfort.
Beyond private aviation, the concierge service covers the full spectrum of luxury lifestyle management, including luxury hotel and villa bookings, yacht charter, bespoke travel itinerary design, private dining and restaurant reservations, VIP event access (sport, arts, culture), luxury ground transport, personal shopping, art advisory, medical appointments and emergency medical referrals, estate and property management liaison, staff recruitment support, and any other personal requirement the client wishes to delegate. If we cannot arrange it directly, we will find the right person who can.
Yes. Concierge membership is subject to an annual retainer fee, which covers the dedicated concierge manager's availability, the preferences profile maintenance, and the 24/7 response capability. Aviation charter costs and other service costs are charged separately at the point of service, with full transparency on all charges before any commitment is made. Detailed membership fee information is provided during the application process. There are no hidden charges, and no request is turned away on the basis of cost alone.
